    the events aren't showing on calendar and also when we create them. Also the notifications are not sending when booking events.

    Sorry for the delay

    For the Events not showing, i can take a look at the setup for you, and please point out some Events that you made, so that i can know where to look.

    It will be best if you can record a video of the issue happening, if possible.

    I can also make a quick test Event to see if it would show on a  "test page" that i can make.

    But you can show me an example of a page where the issue happens for your Events.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    If you wish to save time for the notification issues :

    An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
    2. Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
    3. The credentials are not correct.
    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
    5. If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.

    Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.

    please let me know also if it's an email setup issue, I added Yahoo SMTP settings, if you can also check if thats correct thank you.

    listed are also events I already deleted, and they don't show up in the dashboard.

    you'll understand that is how the functioning of this app will work as.

    You can see the list of events created in the event section of Amelia, but they don't show up there sometimes.

    Please let me know asap as this is a time sensitive job.
