In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi there!,
I have tried running some tests as a customer to login into panel.
Amelia will send the test email with a link to create customer account. However, when i click the link in my email i am taken to the same message (ie click this link) to access your profile link, and as many times as i click the link, it continues to send the same message.
Customer cannot login, cannot setup account.
please help!

Check if this notification is enabled.
When the user receives the link for the panel for the first time, it is necessary to create their password - they can to click on forgot password and then they will receive a link again where they can create their password.
Did you created a separate page for your customer panel? Can you sent us a short video of the issue?
You can answer only on this ticket there is no need to open multiple tickets for the same issue
