Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

You have 400 and 500 errors in your console

The 400 bad request error is an HTTP status code that describes an error caused by an invalid request. Thus, the server can't understand and process it. Most HTTP error 400 bad requests are caused by malformed request syntax, invalid request message framing, or deceptive request routing

The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins but instead is a problem with the web site's server.

Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors. It is best that you contact your hosting provider for this issue.

Once you do that please let us know what did they said.

We have reinstalled the latest version for you. We didn't clear your cache because we don't know what exactly you use for the cache. Please clear the cache from both the site and the browser and let us know if everything worked.

In case it is not, I will pass it on to my colleagues so that they can work on a new fix, and in that case, it would be necessary for you to disable google-listings-and-ads so that the Amelia can function properly until we create a new fix.

Because the fix didnt help it would be necessary for you to disable google-listings-and-ads so that the Amelia can function properly until we create a new fix. We know this will work because several  of our users has let us know that when you disable this plugin and  purge the cache the Amelia will work.

We are working on it and it should be resolved with today's update that should be released.

That is very strange this should have resolved the issue.

After the update please purge the cache from the entire site and browser and after that everything should be fine.

As for the shortcodes on the page you can delete them or change them however you want. That is reflected only on that page it doesn't change anything in Amelas back end.
