How can I change the setting to not allow the cancellation of the "whole package". The cancellation of the service itself I am good with that being cancelled and rebooked.
My clients know going in they get a discount for the multiple purchase but if cancelled in the middle because they can push a button without explanation makes the business vulnerable.
Is there a way to set parameters around the cancel feature?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
