We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
1/ I simply don't find it how to get the filters in the header of the table (instead by default in the footer of the table)
2/ When editing column settings > Data - Read from values List
>> initially the data is loaded well, but when saved and I come back the values that has a comma are also split into a separate value. See uploaded screenshots. How to prevent this?
Hi, Kristof
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

1. In main plugin settings > Render advanced filter , you can set the filters to go into header, like this :
2.
Can i please inspect your table, and check this out?
Not sure if i understood,
if you wish to manually set the filtering values;
the only way to change the order of the selectbox/multiselectbox would be to manually add these values in the column settings, under the "Data" tab.
So, access column settings and go to the Data tab. In there, change the type to String (if you haven't already), and change the "Possible values for column" to be "Define values list". Then, below that add the values in the order in which you want them to appear:
And that's the order they will appear in the filter:
Let me know if that helped, please. Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
