I have a photography business where I offer outdoor photoshoots in various locations.
Generally, until the photographer is not booked they should be available in all the locations.
Yet, in the current system as far as I see there is one timeframe and one location connected to it, do I miss something in the settings, or actually there is a way to make them available at the same time?
Yes, you can have one employee in multiple locations but not at the same time. Amelia's logic is that one employee can't be in two or more places at the same time.
You can assign employees to different locations per work period.
For example, an employee can work in London from 09 am to 12 pm and then he can be assigned to work in New York from 12 pm to 17 pm.
Or if you need your employees to be present at all locations in full time you will need to create employees for each of those locations.
You can read more about locations and how to manage them here.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Dear support team,

If there is a workaround please advise.
