I have 1 service with 2 translations, and for each of the languages, I would like to have the payment option in different currencies.
Generally, I sell 80% of my service to foreigners in my country, with a foreign language and they prefer to pay in foreign currency. Meanwhile, I can't advertise the same service to my local customers as it never happens in any other case.
I have seen a feature update in the changelog "
Feature: Option to edit custom currency so now users can add any currency they need"
Yet, couldn't find any documentation on the website as the search button is broken on your site, and google doesn't strike a correct search result.
Please advise how to achieve multi-currency for one service.
Amelia doesn't have multi-currency, but if you have enabled WooCommerce and WooCommerce's multi-currency extensions should work.
Amelia is designed to work with WooCommerce, not its add-ons, so integration with this (or any other extension) is not confirmed, and we can't guarantee that it will work, but we leave space for clients to check in with them as well - because perhaps WooCommerce finds a way to overcome this for plugins like ours. Our developers have multi-currency plans for the future, but at the moment it's not available.
I submitted a feature request to solve the multi currency compatibility issue . Please upvote if you would like to have this feature as well.
Unfortunately currently Amelia plugin doesn't support any multicurrency capability, nor any compatibility with multicurrency plugins. This is a major issue for me as well.
Amelia code stores all prices in absolute formats, without information on the currency that it is stored in. Therefore plugins like Aelia Currency Swither plugin can not do its job.
Here is the feature request link: Details about the relevant issues are also provided.
