In the new booking 2.0 forms, I see that when choosing the reservation time, in the new design it comes out as time slots. In my case, it confuses the client because my services are 1h30 although they can enter every 30 minutes (or less). How can i fix this? Thank you
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
For not being able to see the 2.0 booking form as visitor; but only to see it as Admin,
it might be due to some caching issue; or perhaps an issue with some security plugin.
Can you try to purge all cache on site; see it that helps?
And, if it might be a conflict with another plugin, please try this :
Can you please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved.
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Let me know how that goes.

For changing the visual of the booking time slots, to see only one time;
Can you please show us an example of how it should be with the old form?
Looking at your site, i tried some of the services offered, and they all show two time slots, so i am not sure where to look for?
For example, this one : Reserva 4x4 Miradores de Ordesa
It shows 2 time slots for any day
Did you perhaps use some custom JS or CSS workarounds to achieve it before the update - and it's not working anymore, or anything like that?
Please try to elaborate a bit more, and we will do our best to help.

the devs work to fix it soon, but for the time being please don't place them on same page.

1. The new booking form is using a new framework - Vue v3, while the old form uses Vue v2. It may be that your security measures are blocking vue 3 for non-logged-in users. If you can see the form while you're logged in, but can't see it while you're logged out, there's nothing else than security measures that are blocking this. Please check with your hosting provider (share the page with them) and ask them to fix this, they should have no issues with that.
2. To hide the end times, you need to access Amelia/Customize and when editing the new form, access "Date & Time" section, and then select "Options". In there, you'll be able to disable the "Calendar Slot End Time" slider:
The framework refers to the software used by the new website or tool that they comment on. We have verified that no blocking is performed from the server and, in addition, we do not have security rules that can block the display of content for logged in users or not, so everything indicates that this is some parameter or internal blocking of the own web application and not from the server.
If from the support of the form they have any evidence of the blocking, it would be ideal if they could send it to us to review it.
If the problem was with Amelia, the form would not work on any site when visitors are not logged in, and i can assure you that we conduct intensive testing and follow reports of other users.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
Just make sure to mark reply as Private, so that nobody can see your credentials but us.

If you removed the new booking from pages;
do we have your permission to create a Draft page where we can test the new form for you?
