In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We are trying to book an appt at 12:30pm today for Iona however it wont give us the option.

Can you please give me a bit more details, such as :
What is the service name, the employee name,
please send me a link to the booking page;
and if i can inspect the settings on the WP Admin, please?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

At 1pm I tried to change the appt back in time to 12:30 as she had showed up early but we didnt change the appt to the earlier time but it seemed that because the appt time has passed it wouldnt let us

I really need a fix on this
I now have 5-6 appts that need editing in a passed date as customers either arrived early or added an extra on but when we edited it, it wouldn’t allow us to use a time in the past. It’s always worked for us up until now.
we have reversed it to that but are still having the same problems
