One employee can't be booked for two appointments at the same time, nor if the appointments overlap. If you're using events in Amelia, however, you don't even need to assign employees (Staff) to them since they can work without an employee.
Without an employee, you can create overlapping events but I'm not sure if that approach will work for you.
are there any paid amelia consultants i could use? screen sharing and talking could be so much more efficient than writing. i need the following
there is an event, where two groups of people can book ONE employee at the same time. the two groups are unrelated
one group starts the event with one activity and the other group starts the event with another activity. in the middle the swap
one employee greets and instructs the each group briefly and leads them to their activity.
any ideas on how to achieve this?
