We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    I just installed Amelia and am setting up my employees. I attempted to add a photo to my employee, but the way Amelia has placed the photo cuts off the employees head and there is no option to move the image or even remove the image completely.

    I did a search of your database and found some similar questions regarding images and the response seems to be "sorry we missed that feature, please submit a request." Those comments were dated 2021 and I really hope that something as obvious as this has been fixed by now.

    Here's what I've done... You can (a) remove the background from the image, then (b) re-position the employee's image within a frame so that it does not center on the mid-body but instead on the neck, or resize (shrink) the cutout of the employee within the frame so it all fits centered as-is.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We still don't have that feature and the suggestion that Chris gave you is good. You can always resize the picture, but unfortunately, these two features have not yet been implemented.

    And we do not have any ETA on that so we can not make any promises.

    That seems like a fundamental feature. At least the option to remove the photo should be there, I had to delete the employee and start over just to remove the photo.


    What size should the image be in order to fit? That information should be provided near the image upload prompt as well.
