I am contacting you because an error occurred when I tried to change my reservation from Amelia's member page.
It seems that when changing a reservation from Amelia's member page, if the date and time before and after the change overlap even slightly, the reservation cannot be changed.
Example: 6/30 15:30-17:00 ⇒ 6/3016:30-18:00 cannot be changed because the time before and after the change overlaps by 30 minutes. Example 2) 6/30 15:30-17:00 ⇒ 7/1 16:30-18:00 can be changed.
I would be grateful if you could provide any solutions.
We booked an appointment from the front-end from 15:30 - 17:00 on July 5th, then we logged into the panel as that customer and successfully rescheduled for 16:30 - no issues. Take a look at the screencast included.
Please note that the time zone is not the same in the back end as it is in the front end, but you can see that the appointment is the same. The only reason that comes to mind is that there's already an existing appointment at this time, and that other appointment overlaps. Can you please record your screen and show us the behavior?
I still can't replicate this. If there are no busy events in my employee's Google Calendar, I'm able to change the appointment from 3:00 - 04:30 (the duration is 1.5 hours). If there's another busy event in my employee's Google Calendar that starts at 04:30, I'm not able to reschedule the appointment for that time because it's being blocked.
Can you please provide me with admin credentials in a PRIVATE response, along with the login credentials for this customer? Also, please tell me which date in the future I can try modifying so I see the error.
Just remember to enable the Private response again.
Thank you for your continued support.
