Currently none of our Employees can login though the Event Managment window. When they enter their email and password (both verified numerous times) and select the login button it simply stays in the state shown in the attached screen shot and never logs in.
please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We found what was causing your issue. We had a conflict with google-listings-and-ads and that's why you couldn't log in to the panel.
We have solved that issue and we are sending you the latest version of Amelia in the attachment that contains the fix built-in. Just install it and be sure to purge the cache from the entire site and browser and after that everything should be fine.
Please try this fix and let us know if everything works as it should.
