I am using the Step-by-Step 2.0 version. I need to hide the payment tab completely. At the moment, I have the payment for the service set to £0, so when the customer gets to the "Your details" step, the payments tab on the left disappears. However, to start with it's included and I need to hide it otherwise it will put customers off. Is this possible?
Hi Marko, thank you for your reply and sorry I wasn't clear. If you look at my screenshot you'll see it says "Payment" on the left of the booking tool. I need to remove that. Alternatively I can just use the old version as that doesn't include it.
I haven't tried this but have done similar things with the Amelia frontend, so I'm confident it can be done with some custom coding. Not difficult to do, but not at all simple to explain how to do it as I / your developer would need to look at how you have the page set-up, the environment (jQuery loaded? Caching? Any unknown Javascript errors stopping other code from executing?). Some Javascript would need to be executed on the page where you placed the booking widget. Feel free to reach out if you need help.
We are glad to see that our clients support each other. It may be possible with some custom coding but we do not recommend it. The booking forms of Amelia are so designed and fixed and we do not recommend changing them.
As far as payment is concerned, this step cannot be skipped and removed with built-in options. But as in version 1.0 if the price of your service is set to 0, in that case, the price will not be shown to your customers and they will only be able to click on continue and book the appointment.

Hello Laura,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail?
When you put the price at 0 the price will not be displayed so we do not understand exactly what the issue is.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
