Hello, I have a problem with the notification (email) setting. In my old site (a trial one) I could set up the email texts to be sent in different situations (the ones allowed with free Amelia). In my new site (the effective one) I am not able to add any text for any kind of notification because the blue boxes on the left are not clickable.
I am attaching two files, one related to the trial site, and one related to the present situation in the new site. How is it possible to fix this situation?
It is possible that you have some kind of translation or "writing" extension on your browser.
Please check if you maybe activated Google Translate or any kind of browser add-on that might cause this?
Try to open the WP-Admin dashboard from another browser, with out any add-ons, and tell me if the issue is still the same?

If you still can't isolate the issue, i can remotely log in for you.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks a lot for your reply, I’m sorry for the delay in my feedback.
I tried what you suggested, using another kind of browser but I’m still having the same problem.
As you said, I would be grateful to you if you could fix this directly from the inside. I’ll provide you an account to operate. Just tell me if I have to set “administrator” or if “amelia manager” would be ok. In addition, I’ll need to insert a username and an email, so please provide me these info if it is possible :)
Thanks a lot Milos! Now everything is working properly :) Just one more question. I have the necessity to have the sync with google calendar and I saw that with the full version of Amelia it is included. Is there maybe a trial of the full version so that I can first try it and then make the payment if the full version satisfies my requirements? Thanks in advance, Kind Regards Claudia

Hi, Claudia
Sorry for the delay
We don't have a Trial period to offer you,
but what we have is, you can try this - we have pages with Demos, that you can use to try out the full plugin's features - https://wpamelia.com/demos/
You can connect your Google Calendar on the Demo, and try it out - later you can simply remove your credentials,
or either way, the Demo resets itself on every hour and 15 minutes of the day, so your data will be removed anyway.
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,
we would assist you with our support along the way, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.
Let me know how that soundsThanks
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
