    Hello, 
    I have a little problem with the AMELIA mailbox. 
    Indeed, I use Stripe and Woocommerce for the marketing of wellness appointments on my website. 

    However, when the person informs that he will pay on the spot, there is no email sent to the person in charge of the appointment, only to the admin. Is there a setting for this? 

    It is not very easy to use because there are many people who use the payment on site with woocommerce. 

    Also, we are forced to use Woocommerce because we also sell gift certificates and we can't generate this gift certificate through Amelia.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If notifications are going to the customer and admin then the employee should automatically get the notifications as well. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hello Evrard,

    We went to your site, and we created Amelia customer and Amelia employee and booked an appointment to test.
    You can see from the screenshot that we have received notifications.

    As soon as we booked the appointment we received notifications immediately. As far as we can see everything is working properly and we cannot replicate the issue. All notifications work and are sent immediately after booking the appointment.

    Hello Evrard,

    Yes, the payment method is on-site. We are not familiar with the mail log and we do not know how it works with Amelia. And we can not advise you to rely on them to show you all the info that Amelia has.  What we can tell you is that we retested just in case and everything works perfectly for you.

    We are sending you a short video in which you can see that immediately after booking an appointment, we receive a notification and after canceling an appointment, we receive notifications almost in the same second. 

    In both cases, you can see that the on-site payment method was used as you asked us.

    As for receiving notifications as an admin, you need to add an additional address and Amelia/settings/notifications.

    You can see in the video that that field is empty and that you have not entered an additional address, and for that reason, you are not receiving the notifications that are being sent.

    When you enter your address, you will receive all notifications that will be sent in Amelia.

    As far as we can see everything is working properly and we cannot replicate the issue. All notifications works and are being sent immediately after booking the appointment.
