We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I bought amelia basic plan. After playing with it I needed the packages option so I upgraded to PRO.

After upgrading and reinstalling the plugin, packages tab is not showing in Services Page. I tried everything with no success. From resetting everything to purge cache, etc.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Milos,

    Really appreciate your reply.

I found out that it was an issue with my PHP version and browser cache.

Firstly, I was working with PHP 8.0. Too much for Amelia and other plugins so changed back to 7.4. half the problems got sorted.

The secodn issue was that I was Working with Microsoft Edge. I decided to open the back end with Firefox and packages were showing up. Therefore, I deleted all my cache and packages showed up on  Edge.

That was the reason I did not insist on the ticket. I'm installing the last update you just sent me.

You guys are doing a great job with Amelia, Keep it up!

Thanks for your support and will keep in touch!

    All the best!

Thus said, I have to let you know that, since last updates on cPanel with MOB security and Litespeed, things turned slightly more complicated with plugins with APIs. Too much security... Good for somethings.. but a Pain in the Arse for others...
