Are using Amelia for appointment bookings and for events. We would like to be able to send a confirmation email that includes the zoom link instead of the location. We have searched the documentation and have added the zoom placeholder but where can we put the zoom link inside the appointments and events?
Also, we integrated zoom to Amelia but that's one of the employee's accounts, how can we change the zoom link per event?

Let's review this one thing at a time. We have created a page that offers both appointments and events. Both are offered via zoom. Please see attached the automated email we are sending with Amelia. The second question is related to multiple zoom accounts. If each service provider has its own zoom account, how can we send automated emails with the correct zoom link?

It is possible to connect each employee to a different Zoom user so they can have separate Zoom accounts for the meetings. To set this go back to your Zoom account. Click on the “User Management” in the left sidebar and then click on the “Users”.
Then click on the “+Add Users” button to add a new user.
The popup for adding users will appear. Enter the email address in the first field and choose Basic as User Type and click “Add”. Now go back to the Amelia plugin and in the Employee modal in the “Zoom user” field you will see a new user for connecting.
Once you set up the Zoom Settings you would need to connect your employees/events with zoom hosts.
To connect employees, go to the Employees page, open Employee and you will see the option “Zoom User”. Open the dropdown and you will see the user that you have created while creating the Zoom application.
Thank you for your valuable information. In our case, the "employees" are not from the same organization, so each one of them has its own zoom account. How can we enable a field where each employee can add their personal zoom link without being linked to an organization's zoom account?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This is the only way that it can be done for now.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

You need to place a Zoom placeholder in the notifications %zoom_join_url% so that the Zoom link that is generated is sent in notifications like this
