Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Its an important website, its difficult for me to give u an admin access. But my question its very simple i just wanna delete one tag in this list... What is the best way for delete this tag?
The only way for deleting Events' tags is in your database, unfortunately. There isn't a possibility of deleting them in the WP backend. So, you need to access your database, open the wp_amelia_events_tags table (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database), and delete the tags you don't want to use anymore. This will on the other hand save you the trouble to re-sort your events in order for unwanted tags to not show up.
Hope this helps you.
PLease reach out to us if you have any other questions.
