This is most likely an issue with an employee's working hours. Please check opening hours, days off and special days. And let us know if the issue has been resolved.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We found the issue. You set to have a break during business hours. You have 4 working hours before the break and 3 working hours after the break.
The total service time is 5 hours - 3 hours appointment and 2 hours buffer time. And for that reason, it is not possible to book an appointment because the duration of the appointment is longer than working hours.
You need to either remove the break or turn off the buffer time before and after the appointment and then your services will be available for booking.
Please try one of these things and let us know has this solved your issue.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that your ReCaptcha key is not good. Once you disable or change it everything should be fine.
I have updated my platform but in frontend my calendar is locked and my information is not updating.
