I have a number of filters for my table but for some reason they are only displaying a limited number of options. For example, there should be around 47 filters for the below image not all are showing. I do have pagination turned on but I would expect the filter to filter the entire dataset.

If you go into column setting , data tab , you will be able to select how many filter values will load :
