We have one user that no matter what we do they can't see the list of events. I have made them a WP Administrator and an Amelia Manager. It always says, "There are not results...".
I logged into their computer to see this for myself and regardless of the date range selected it shows nothing.
The list of locations shows and they can create an event.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello. When can I expect a reply on this please? I think you may also need access to the database behind Wordpress. We can arrange that. I sent the password for Administrator to Wordpress as you requested last Friday.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
There is the following error message displayed on the front-end when I try to log in with the credentials that you had sent me.
Can you please double-check from your end and provide me with the login details?
Well I messed up and your account was not activated. You should be able to get on now. I reset your password to the one lower in the post. I also tested logging in with your email.
It caused the plugin to misbehave since it had the WP user role set to "Amelia Manager", and the same email was in use (and linked to the WP user) as a customer. We had to delete this customer, so please log in and check again - it should be working fine now.
Thanks. I'll have the user see if they can see the Events now.
Would you please explain what order I should create customers vs admins/wp users?
Several of our members will be customer and Amelia Managers. Managers can sign up for events for example. It is how we are allowing members to signup to volunteer for events.
Can a single email address be both a manager and a customer in Amelia?
The same issue will arise if you use the same email for a customer and a manager. It may work if you don't have the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" option enabled in Settings/Roles/Customers since, in that case, a new WordPress user won't be created nor will an existing WordPress user be linked to the customer, but I wouldn't recommend doing this.
Your Managers should use another email for the "Customer" user, since the Manager role was never intended to work as a customer.

Hello Patrick,
I am ableto see the events in the back-end.
Can you please let me know which user has such issues with not having the events displayed?
Looking forward to your reply.
