Since update 5.0.1 Appointment View in backend does not load.
I've opened another ticket and got no assistance so i'm opening this one hoping that another team member can assist me.
While waiting for assistance i've figured out that this happens because of two services (if i select all but these two services in the appointments view the table loads).
For the mentioned two services, I often allocate them to an employee and then deallocate. This is, for example, one of these services is called "first appointment". I don't want all my employees to be receiving new clients so I allocate some of my employees to this service and when I need it, I remove some employees from this service. In practice this means that some employees will have "first appointment" appointments booked but no longer allocated to the service itself. I think this might be causing the issue.
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!

The other ticket is opened for 3 days now and in practice nothing has advanced. I have a lot of patience as I need this to be fixed and I don't see any progress in 3 days.
There is no need for that. You started solving the issue with a colleague and you will resolve it with him. We have the same procedures for solving issues if you start with someone else (and this is not possible in practice because you are already solving with another colleague) you will start again from the beginning. My colleague will solve your issue, some issues require more time and unfortunately cannot be solved in one email as much as we would all like to.
