I would like to have to search form look like it's shown in the demo page https://healthcare.wpamelia.com/find-treatment/ whenever the screen is wide enough to show the 2 column layout. However, when I place the search form on a page the form is shown in the mobile 1 column layout with a hamburger menu, no matter how wide I make the screen (or containing div for that matter). Is there something I might have overlooked or not aware of?
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
