We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
1) Is it possible to create promotional code for my customers on my website ?
Yes. You can make coupons, ( more details);
and you can make Package of Services, with special discounts ( more details).
2) How i refund my customers
At the moment there's no feature for refunding Customers through Amelia, unfortunately.
Amelia doesn't handle payments, they are instead done through our payment integrations.
Therefore, refunds have to be processed manually through the payment system for the time being.
This feature is on our to-do list for one of the future updates, but I can't say an ETA on it.
However, you can speed the process up by submitting a request on this page.. As more users request a feature, it gets pushed higher on the developer's priority list.
3)How can i see the number of appointment my customers have take same for the seances paid but not scheduled
You can see this metric and others in Amelia Admin dashboard on the back-end.
Approved Appointments – This metric represents the number of approved appointments based on the date range you choose
