How many employees can I add on Amelia ? I know you say "how many as I need" but I need a number. I have 1 000 Employees, so can I add 1 000 employees ? Is it literraly "Unlimited employees" or there is a limite .
Each employees has their own specificities about the differents services. For 1 services that each employees provide, each employees have a differents prices. So I dont think I'll creat the same services just because of the difference price because it'll means they are 1 000 same services with different price.. So is their a solution Amelia can Provide ?
Is it possible to forbide the number phone or mail between a client and the employee until the appointement is confirm ? I mean, I want them to exchange exclusively on Amelia and not somewhere elle, so I need to forbide the apparition of any number phone, mail or link.
You have no limits on how many employees you can create as far as Amelia is concerned. We have no insight into how many of our customers have employees but we have seen in a few cases that customers have several hundred employees and about tens of thousands of customers during the covid vaccination.
We didn't exactly get what you wanted to achieve but we will try to help the best we can.
You can create 1000 employees with 1000 services and you can have 1000 employees on 1 service and each employee can have their own specific price for that service.
As for communication, we can't limit anything, but you create notifications that will be sent to the customer and your employee. You decide what data both parties will receive and if you don't want them to receive some kind of data just don't set it in notifications and that's it.
