well being as this support has been ignoring me for over 5 days with total disregard to the end user, i will make this a public comment.
when i go to the plugin on my site and try to activate it it wont let me, it just has a blank page there.
multiple browsers, and multiple user profiles do the same thing
it seems i have lost my database because of the software, i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but all of my employees are gone
the plugin is completely corrupted, and wont allow me to activate and the database is completely gone, i checked phpmyadmin and it shows the tables but there is no way to get your plugin working.
i am at a complete loss, there is no useful documentation on your website in regards to this, i dont know what to do, i dont want to start over, i have lost hundreds of dollars because i cant schedule anything with my customers.
i have lost my entire database there are no configurations and this plugin is a mess, there is nothing to actually perform the upgrade, and when i uploaded the plugin, the thing replaced everything, but the database is still in my phpmyadmin
please tell me how i can direct it to the correct table

[email protected] they have been outrageously slow, and i have wasted several days dealing with this absolute nightmare of a plugin. These people respond 1 time every 2 days, and with a total useless repsonse.
i am asking for real assistance here, the documentation is absolutely useless, i need to recover my tables to show all the configuration that i have had for over 2 years now.
i will find another option, this is so insane to have to deal with, all my data is completely gone, tms support email contact is less than useless support with total disregard. I mean point me into the direction on how to fix this and i will do it. I dont need to wait 6 or 7 days for a response. my client's business is failinge because of this nonesense. I have never had to leave such a comment in my entire life. Its very unfortunate and disgusting, but i have no options here.
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
