We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi there,

    For some days, the 2 way sync between amelia and outlook calendar seems to be off.

    On my azure portal account, I got a notification about authentification issue, I have been unable to fix it. Microsoft is not very friendly in such case.

    So i tried to sync amelia with my google calendar. The procedure to create application and credentials are ok, but when i edit the employee profile to connect to my google account, i got a error : unable to connect to google calendar...

    Feeling lost ! help!

    I finally found a post on how to fix the issue. I deleted the content of the related table and it works: i could edit the employee profile and google calendar,  no error message anymore.

    However, the appointments registered online are not reported in the google calendar.

    Should I wait ? long time ?

    I am sorry to hear that you got such experience with Azure support.

    -

    Regarding our sync with Google Calendar, unfortunately when you connect the Calendar, only new appointments will be registered into it going forward.

    We don't have a way of inserting the existing/old appointments at this time.

    We will do our best to develop such feature in the future, but i can't say an ETA on it.
