We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Confirmation emails from Amelia Plugin

    Hello,

We are using the Amelia plug in to book consultations. The confirmation email sent out after booking goes to some clients but not others. This is obviously very problematic for us and we don't know who is receiving confirmation emails and who is not. We got this plugin for the ease of use but this is causing us huge issues.

More detail: Our sessions are very straight forward and only one person can register at a time. Some people receive a confirmation email straight away after booking and other people who do the same process do not receive any confirmation. It seems to be random as to who receives the confirmation emails.

    Hi, Kyle

    Sorry for the delay

Can you please tell me did you perhaps choose PHP Mail as the notifications mail provider?

Please note: We strongly recommend changing mail service setting to SMTP or Mailgun because email that is sent with PHP Mail generally gets flagged as spam by mail servers and also can take some time to send. Please check on this page how to configure other mail providers.

In case if you use other mail providers already, can you check these points :

An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
    2. Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
    3. The credentials are not correct.
    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
    5. If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.

Let me know if that helped, please?

If not, i can remotely take a look for you at the WP-Admin to do some test notifications and a test booking.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
