    Hello there!

    I have found an issue/bug using TABLET/PHONE that it would be great you solve because it can give a lot of troubles.

    When you are booking a service and you pick the date, it shows the times frames that are available but sometimes there is a bug that keeps the times frames from the day you selected before and it does not change (even when you have already change the day).

    Here there are pictures about what happened:

    - Image 1: I clicked June 29th and the available time frames appears correctly.

    - Image 2: Right after I click on June 30th and the available time frames appears correctly as well.

    - Image 3: Right after I changed again into June 29th and it keeps the time frames from the June 30th…

    This could be a very bad bug that can make clients book the same times.

    Please help.

    Hi, Pepe

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    I believe we did not have any report like this yet; but the new booking form is in Beta stage; and we had a couple of other issues , our developers are working to fix them all as quick as possible.

    Could we take a look at the front page where this booking is, and if we can take a look at your back-end setup as well?

    Can you tell me a bit more details, to know where to look easier;

    if you can give me an example, to replicate the issue - which service did you select, and did you select a specific employee or "any employee"?

    - I will also try to replicate the issue on our local test sites.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
