Some of our customers buy a 30 day pass that entitles them to access any of our classes during that period. To facilitate this, I've created a coupon code that they can enter that reduces the amount by 100%.
When checking out using the built in Stripe or Paypal payment options, there is always a payment error message (both work fine if there is an actual amount). Using WooCommerce payment, the checkout process works OK with a zero amount basket. I'd like to use the built in payment processors rather than having the customer transferred to the WooCommerce basket / checkout.
Is there a way to resolve this / skip payment when a coupon reduces the total to zero?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
Can you, please, leave a review on the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.
If it's not too much of a trouble, an additional review on Capterra would be greatly appreciated!
It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.
