Thank you for reporting this issue... It is quite odd, as far as i am aware we had no reports like this previously...

Could we take a look at your WP-Admin, please?

We are also gonna try and replicate on our test sites - but it will be great to check your setup, it will be easier to try and replicate the settings.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And if you can tell me a bit more details, is it happening for all Events, or just a particular one maybe?

Are the notifications being sent maybe only for customers, or only for employees ( if you have staff on it), or for everyone?

Thank you for all the patience and cooperation on this issue as well.

I hope that the issue will be gone going forward, of course - but i am also intrigued if we could found out what caused it in the first place...

The second point is less relevant, of course. I will be happy if the update fixed it

I just got a useful information - To be honest i was not aware of it,  but the developers pointed this out, so i wanted to share it with you.

There is a table in the WP database,  named  wp_amelia_notifications_log .  ( Of course, the wp_ prefix is the default one, for your site it can be different);

Just wanted to share this information, if it might help you in any way.

Of course, we will keep following the case, and let me know if you notice the notification issues again.
