My client uses the Amelia booking plugin, and has noticed a few instances where the 2-way sync is not working properly.
The first issue, is my client blocked out October 13 and 14 on her Outlook calendar, but has since removed these items from her schedule. However, the 13th and 14th still display as unavailable on the Amelia booking front-end. How can we re-sync this?
The second issue, is that my client blocked out a week in March on her Google calendar, however these days are still appearing as available on the Amelia booking front-end. What could be causing this?
I have read through some previous support tickets and it sounds like 2-way sync doesn't work too well when editing/removing events, so if this is still an issue we will likely need to stop using this plugin altogether as this isn't the first time we've had syncing issues, and my client requires a plugin they can rely on to work as described.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
