Does the plugin not have a section that allows customers to see an employee review or even an employee evaluation section? This would greatly improve the user experience, being able to see something of the professional who is going to assist them.
At the moment, Amelia doesn't have any similar features, but we will be working on that in the future. As you can see, this feature already has quite a lot of votes, so it's going to be developed relatively soon, but your vote there can be beneficial to having it developed even sooner.
