I configured the Outlook Integration settings successfully. But I still have no calendar entries appearing in my calendar after an appointment is booked on Amelia.
Did you link employees to their Outlook calendars? Please check if you are looking at a good calendar, there is a drop-down where you can select several calendars from one Outlook account. You need to select the right one.
Sorry, but that doesn't help. As I mentioned, I configured the integration and I don't have any info appearing in my Outlook calendar after linking it to my account. Please provide specifics about which configuration menu I need to look at to configure the calendars as you described below.
You will continue to resolve the issue with my colleague on the other ticket because it is the same issue.
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!
I did not create duplicate tickets. But I'm not about to create two separate admin accounts for troubleshooting by your team. Hence mentioning that the person who has been given admin access to my website back end can simply review the other problem as well.
How you coordinate that on your ticketing system is between you and your colleague.
As far as we can see, it is the same issue with Outlook, but I passed it on to my colleague and he will adjust everything in regards to Outlook because you have already started solving the issue with it.
So hopefully it will be resolved. We wish you all the best.
Thanks. But to be clear. The notifications stopped working for both SMS and Email. So I don't think it's only Outlook related. And I do have a credit available for SMS notifications. So I'm not sure why it stopped sending SMS messages.
