Hello - any idea when this will be fixed - does not appear to have been done in the latest update unless there is a setting or procedure I have missed?
This was implemented in the last update of the Amelia plugin (5.1). Can you please update the plugin to the latest version, test it out and let me know if it works or not?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
Still on this - latest update has removed the Payment stage label on the calendar, thanks for that. But, I still need some custom CSS because there is still a line for Payment (£0.00) showing on the Success page. Would be nice to have that line automatically hidden when the service is free.
Thanks but I do not need that, I have the rule in place and working already. I was simply saying that it would be good to not have to use CSS to hide this - if a product is free, remove all reference to payment.
Dear Support,
I am trying the new booking version 2.0. I am happy to discover the new layout. Congratulations and thank you very much.
I have an important problem from my perspective. When my service is free-of-charge, I configure a tarif at €0.00
But in the new version v2.0 step-by-step booking form, the menu "Paiements" appears.
It is a blocking regression for me. In the v1 booking form, the paiement sub-section was hidden.
It is important to hide the "payment" menu when the service is free because otherwise the customer is afraid to make an appointment.
Many thanks and best regards.
Hello Frédéric,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our developers are working on removing the payment step when the service is free and this will be included in the next update.
Thank you for your feedback.

Hello
Had already updated to 5.1, still there. Attached is screenshot of first stage on a free service.
Dear Uros,
I confirm the tab "Payment" still appear in 5.1 for a free-of-charge Service. So this issue is still open.
Thank you and regards,
Fred

Can't see the option to flag reply as Private - can I only do that on a new ticket?

Hello Frédéric,
Our devs are working to implement a built-in option to remove the Payment step completely.
For the time being, this can be done with some custom CSS.
On my Test site, I have done it by adding this to the booking page :
To remove the "Payment step HTML DIV" from showing,
please also add this CSS:
On my site it works :
And this CSS removes payment info from the Congratulations screen:
So, everything together should look like this :

Thanks, this CSS does hide the payment div in both places.
In the first rule I had to change the child from 4 to 3 because I had no 'Service Selection' stage.
Thanks
Mat
Hi,
It works as expected.
FYI, in my configuration I had also to change the ref number.
Thank you
Fred
