Every subscription-based license is set to renew every year, on the date of purchase, unless you unsubscribe through the store.
As for payment, you are charged automatically and cannot be set to be manual. You can either cancel or renew automatically.
You can change the payment method for example change the card from which you will be charged in our store in your profile like this.
If you unsubscribe, you will not be charged on the next renewal date, and after that date passes, you will still be able to use the plugin (the version you updated to last before the subscription expired), but you won't be able to receive new updates, and you won't have access to premium support.
Hi, I have purchased this Amelia plugin last year but I don't want it to be paid automatically. Currently I think it is set to pay automatically.
Could you change automatic payment to manual payment?
