    Hello,

Is there any way to use the same email for all employees?

I am not interested in making a seperate email for every employee.

    Thank you and kind regards

    Nana

    Hi, Nana

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround.

You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.

Let me know if that works as a solution? Thank you

    Kind Regards,

Thanks a lot for the reply!

Unfortunately the plan is not to use google or outlook mail, however will all the bookings for the different employees show on the same google calender if I do connect them? - I have yet to do this so I havent checked the guides.

Another question I have is whether I can choose how many columns I want in the catalog view? I have tried searching for a shortcode but without luck. I have 8 services and they show up on 3 columns of 3+3+2 instead of 4+4.

    Kind regards

    Nana

If you're not using Google or Outlook mail, then why not just create multiple email accounts (each of which is assigned to each individual employee), and have each of those email addresses auto-forward to your "main" shared email?  You can set that up on the server level easily with email forwarding (the best approach), or at the very least (not the best way), you could set up "rules" in your email application to forward the emails to the main account once the emails get acquired.

Of course, adding the appointments to a calendar is another matter, but at least that would solve your email issue, right?

    Hi, IC Concept

Sorry for my delay on responding, i can see that a fellow user helped in this query.

Thank you for the help, Chris.

    1.

I just have to add, regarding the suggested solution for the auto-forwarding emails to a main shared email, by setting it up on server, or through email plugins,

i have to also suggest another approach,

    -

Amelia already has a built-in solution called "Send all notifications to additional addresses".

You can find this in Amelia settings > Notification settings

    6534227400.png

This option allows you to set multiple additional addresses that will receive all notifications that you have enabled on the Notifications page.

If, for example, you want the admin and/or manager to receive all emails about appointments, just write their email addresses here and all email notifications that will be sent to employees and customers will be sent to these email addresses as well. Once you fill in the first address press enter and the first address will be saved so you can add then the second one press enter, etc.

    -

    2.

Regarding same email for employees, unfortunately at this time we only have workarounds for gmail and Outlook, but not for other email providers, sorry about that.

We will do our best to add a feature for this in the future.

I'll kindly ask you to also add it as your personal feature suggestion on this page.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    3.

Regarding connecting employees to Google or Outlook calendar,

yes, if you wish you can connect multiple employees to the same Calendar.

    Please check more details here, about connecting Google Calendar;

    and Outlook Calendar.

    -

Let me know if anything is not clear, or if you have any further questions regarding these subjects.

Of course, you can open new ticket for any new question or any issue.

    Thank you

    Kind Regards,
