I booked an appointment and received an email that consisted of a direct URL to the customer panel:
You need to modify that in the email template. You can leave the email address as it is, but in the hyperlink window, you need to add %customer_panel_url% instead of the address:
So, when you click on this, click on the "Edit" button and add %customer_panel_url% - that will generate a token that automatically logs you into the panel.

Amelia ask email. I try to write my email and click on sent. I receive a new email with a new link. But when i click on the link, again amelia ask-me my email.

I receive email and when i click on the link, no panel control but amelia ask email.
And don’t work with smartphone.

I can't replicate that behavior. When I click on the newly generated URL I'm automatically logged into my customer panel:
Have you tried purging cache on your site/browser?
