I am using your plugin for quite a while now. It works OK except it is quite slow and today I had to increase PHP memory size to 1024M because I was getting this error when visiting my dashboard.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Yes, i can see what you mean... It took 1 minute to load Amelia on this page, i never saw this before, to be honest....
I will escalate this with our 2nd level Team. As soon as they respond i will report back on their findings.

Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And also, i have to add some information about the general loading speed that happens for WordPress and Amelia, before we rule these points out.
The slow load can be caused by a lot of things - the number of appointments you have, the number of customers, the number of employees, etc.
Other than Amelia, it could be caused by the amount of other data you have on the page.
Are you on a dedicated, or on a shared hosting?
Please check out our demo sites - and see how the plugin should behave on a site with dedicated hosting and good server performance.
Hi, I removed "special days" from the employee panel and everything got back to normal. probably i had too many exceptions / services assigned to a single employee.

Hi, Serpieri
Thank you for the access, i logged in and took an initial look, but despite best efforts, i can't figure out exactly why the loading is so slow...
-
Did you perhaps try to disable all other plugins; and try to load with only Amelia active;
to see if the load might be affected by some other active plugin as well?
I will escalate this to our 2nd level Team in either case; and i will advise you as soon as they take a look at this for me.
Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Maybe Query Monitor can reveal something...?
Hi, Chris
Thank you for the suggestion, that definitely seems useful. I will take note of that.
Serpieri, certainly let us know if you found a conflict with another plugin or any other root that is causing the slow speed of the page.
Thank you

Hi, Serpieri
Sorry for the delay
I am delighted to hear that this has been resolved.
That is most probably the case, sometimes it can happen when we assign too many special day exceptions.
Thank you for letting us know. Anything else that we could assist with, please don't hesitate to create new tickets.
Have a great day!
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
