Since the recent Amelia update our website will not load any appointments or booking screens. Additionally, in the back end all the services etc that we had set up have disappeared.
Whilst the plugin is enabled I am unable to edit any of my wordpress pages. If I deactivate Amelia then page edits are fine.
I have tried disabling and deleting Amelia (including data roles etc), cleared the cache and then reinstalled but the issue remains the same.
I have received an email with the following information:
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Amelia.
Error Details ============= An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 146 of the file /home2/flybuyau/public_html/simpsonsmtco/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/slim/slim/Slim/Container.php. Error message: Declaration of SlimContainer::has($id) must be compatible with PsrContainerContainerInterface::has(string $id): bool
We are picking up several users with the exact error. It seems that there is a conflict that is happening between Amelia and specific theme, or a theme builder, or a specific other active plugin.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Please let us know if you isolate a conflict between Amelia and a theme/buider, or another plugin, this will save a lot of time in resolving the issue for our developers.
My apologies, i sent you the wrong message, then i realised you are using the Lite version of the plugin...
Please let me know if your hosting is Bluehost, and if you isolated the issue, then we will proceed to troubleshoot, i will be different for the Lite version.
Basically we discovered a new conflict, with a plugin called Bluehost. The Bluehost hosting is preinstalling this for all users, and it is clashing with Amelia.
Our developers made a fix for Amelia premium, but we still need to figure out the Lite Version.
But first, i have to confirm that this is the same issue you have.
Let me know if you isolate it, by doing the steps i described. Thank you
