My client would prefer that their customers not be told which employee their appointment is booked with. I have visually hidden the employee's name and information from both the website as well as the email notifications. However, the employee email is still attached to the ICS file. Is there a way to remove this?

Hello Colby,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can change the data displayed in the ICS file on the Amelia/Settings/Notifications page "Set Ics File Description" field.
Hope this helps you.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
