Hi! I Purchased your Booking Plugin in March and once I got it set up properly I've had no problems with it. The Plugin malfunctioned yesterday or today. It just shows the loading symbol on the main page and just continues to think when I try to view the dashboard. I can't even see my general settings and It says I have no employees (I have set up several, and the service has been working correctly for several months) and gave me an error 500. I haven't been adjusting any settings recently, basically I haven't changed anything in the plugin for weeks, so I don't understand the glitch. My business scheduling is very complicated and I REALLY don't want to lose the customer information for my upcoming appointments ( I'm supposed to send them ZOOM links, they've already paid me) or have to set everything up again. I would appreciate any help you guys can give me, thanks!
We are treating both cases of this issue with utmost urgency.
We isolated a conflict after further investigation,
there is some kind of conflict with another plugin called Bluehost. This is happening to several users.
Our developers are working to make a permanent fix.
For the time being, at first, they will give us a temporary function that will be implemented directly on your FTP, this is going to allow you to activate Bluehost on your site, but it will only exclude it from pages with Amelia.
We will give you instructions for that very soon.
-
As soon as i disable this plugin, all your Services and Amelia functionality is back.
But on the affected sites, if i re-activate Bluehost plugin, it makes a conflict with Amelia again, and all Amelia data "temporarily disappears".
Right now, if you don't crucially need this plugin, please disable it, and Amelia will work without issues until we fix the conflict,
and we will keep you posted, as soon as the devs create the temporary solution, we will immediately notify you of it.
-
I don't know if it is the same issue for you , Samuel - but if you have Bluehost plugin, and if you need Amelia to work right now, you will have to temporarily disable it for a couple of days.
I believe the developers will give us a temporary measure right after the weekend.
Let me know if you have this same conflict with Bluehost?
If not,
can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
If you still can't find any conflicts, please grant me temporary Admin credentials, just make sure to mark response as Private if you do that.
Thanks for your quick response! Yes, I have Bluehost, it must have been the conflict. Thanks to you guys, I am now up a running perfectly, no loss of data and all of my settings intact. I can't tell you what a relief that is! I appreciate all your hard work! Have a good one!
When I check your booking page (https://www.rjsdriving.com/pricing/) both on the desktop and on the mobile device, there's a 500 error there (see the attached screenshot).
It seems to be coming from the Autoptimize plugin. Can you purge all cache on your site, and disable caching for pages where Amelia is loaded?
I deactivated autoptomize, with Bluehost still deactivated, and purged all caches (using w3 total cache this time) and it worked! I'm back up and able to book again on both mobile and desktop devices. Thanks for your help!

Hi Samuel! I'm not support--just another user.
Just thought I'd let you know that you're not the only one experiencing this either. I've been lurking around these parts for some time now, too.
The odd thing is, I tried installing Amelia on another website, and it was working there. Just not on my actual business' site.
I do hope this could be resolved soon, as well. Fingers crossed here.
With gratitude,
Dave

Hey, Samuel
I am very happy to hear that you can keep running your business now without loss of data, that is the most important thing
You're welcome, i am happy to help.
I am just waiting for our developers to confirm, we found a function that can be added as part of a PHP file on your FTP server,
the goal is to exclude all the pages with Amelia in the Bluehost plugin; but you would still be able to enable it on other pages on your site.
I will certainly send this workaround to you once we confirm it, and if you wish, you can try, if you need Bluehost.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello Samuel.

It seems to be coming from the Autoptimize plugin. Can you purge all cache on your site, and disable caching for pages where Amelia is loaded?
Let us know if that helps.
