Hi,All my service's capacity is set to 1 capacity, sometime the booking form allow the second customer to book the same slot and successfully make the payment. The appointment will show 2 people on the same date and time slot.Is there any setting to prevent double booking on 1 capacity appointment?Earlier issue -- disabled the "Allow booking below minimum capacity", but all appointments are double booking, then I turn on "Allow booking below minimum capacity" then the issue solved.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

FYI, the issue mainly happens when two customers are already on the payment page to make the payment (same booking date and time), it will become double booking.Is there any way to block the time slot when someone is registering the user info before making the payment?

I have performed checks on the back-end. Can you please disable the "Allow booking above maximum capacity" option on the Amelia/Settings/Appointments page, test it out, and provide me with an update if this works or not?

You can see my first message, earlier was disable all the setting, all the appointments are double booking. until i enable the setting, the single booking is work.right now, when the first user is selected the slot and go to the register info page and checkout page, the amelia is allow the second user to choose the same slot and it can't hold the second user to register info when the first user is going to make payment. and somehow both users are on the payment page and successfully make the payment almost at the same time (the first user is slow response keying the payment detail), then the double booking is happening.If your developers can fix this bug by holding the slot when someone has selected the slot to register the info or woocoomerce checkout page.

Since I cannot replicate this issue on your website, can you please tell me for which service this issue occurs so I can try and reproduce, troubleshoot, and provide you with an update on this issue?
Can I talk to your developer? because this is the bug during many visitors book the same slot and make the payment almost at the same time.It needs to live with your developer to show how the issue occurs, and better understanding why I request to block the time slot when someone is registering the slot before payment gateway.Or do you have better way to describe the issues ?
