Hi, All my service's capacity is set to 1 capacity, sometime the booking form allow the second customer to book the same slot and successfully make the payment. The appointment will show 2 people on the same date and time slot.
Is there any setting to prevent double booking on 1 capacity appointment?
Earlier issue - - disabled the "Allow booking below minimum capacity", but all appointments are double booking, then I turn on "Allow booking below minimum capacity" then the issue solved.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

right now, when the first user is selected the slot and go to the register info page and checkout page, the amelia is allow the second user to choose the same slot and it can't hold the second user to register info when the first user is going to make payment. and somehow both users are on the payment page and successfully make the payment almost at the same time (the first user is slow response keying the payment detail), then the double booking is happening.
If your developers can fix this bug by holding the slot when someone has selected the slot to register the info or woocoomerce checkout page.

Since I cannot replicate this issue on your website, can you please tell me for which service this issue occurs so I can try and reproduce, troubleshoot, and provide you with an update on this issue?

No other users have reported this behavior, and we can't replicate it locally or on our servers (live or testing), so we're pretty confident the issue lies with the settings. Also, I saw you're still on v4.5.1 which is almost 4 months old and outdated. Can you please update the plugin to the latest version? Older versions are not supported, and should be used for testing purposes only.
Also, do we have your permission to book appointments on your site and troubleshoot the issue? I'm sorry we have to ask for this additional permission, but we've had some customers complaining about us booking appointments without a permission first, so we're now required to ask for that.
Our lead developer will have to take a look at this. We're still testing this, but it seems to be an edge case that requires some attention. Our lead developer is currently out of the office, and he'll be back on Wednesday.

As Uros mentioned before - I just logged into your website and saw you also have the "Allow booking above maximum capacity" enabled in Appointment Settings.

Can you please replicate this issue, and record your screen while you're doing that? No other users have reported this behavior, and we can't replicate it locally or on our servers (live or testing), so we're pretty confident the issue lies with the settings.
