Can you first please try this ( if you haven't already)?
Deactivate Amelia,
purge all cache,
reactivate Amelia, clear cache again.
You can clear cache with the plugin such as "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.
-
That might not help, but it's worth a shot.
- If the issue persists,
would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
- And please check the response as Private if you send us any credentials or staging information.
TLDR is that the bluehost plugin is clashing with Amelia making it not load. If you disable the bluehost plugin everything goes back to normal with amelia; they're working on a temporary workaround and also a permanent fix.
If you're not using bluehost then there might be a different issue I'm not aware of and you'll need to wait a bit longer for support to get in touch with you again.
As Chris said, he is also one of the other users affected by the same issue.
It seems it might be the same for you. If your hosting is Bluehost, it is possible.
The credentials are not working, so i am not able to check your plugin list.
-
Please check credentials and i can remotely take another look for you.

There is some kind of conflict with another plugin called Bluehost. This is happening to several users.
Our developers are working to make a permanent fix.
For the time being, at first, they will give us a temporary function that will be implemented directly on your FTP, this is going to allow you to activate Bluehost on your site, but it will only exclude it from pages with Amelia.
We will give you instructions for that very soon.
-
As soon as i disable this plugin, all the Services and Amelia functionality is back on the affected sites.
But on the affected sites, if i re-activate Bluehost plugin, it makes a conflict with Amelia again, and all Amelia data "temporarily disappears".
Right now, if you don't crucially need this plugin, please disable it, and Amelia will work without issues until we fix the conflict,
and we will keep you posted, as soon as the devs create the temporary solution, we will immediately notify you of it.
I am not sure if you have this exact issue, but check if you have Bluehost plugin, see if disabling it helps for now. Thank you
After many months of use, it appears none of my amelia data is reachable. appoimtments etc. Every page is stuck in loading.
Hey,
I’m having the same issue; posted it 13h ago with no reply yet.

Just thought I’ll let you know in case they post a solution on my ticket first :)

Hello Chris, just another user here.
Just wanted to let you know you're not the only one experiencing this.
Really hope they sort it out somehow
With gratitude,
Dave

Help. My clients cannot book for 3 days now. Now updated to 5.0 but Amelia cannot see any of my data in the database. appointments etc.
Hi Shawn,
I'm not a support, just a user but if you're hosting your website in Bluehost then the issue you're facing is described here: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3066284/
And also on the ticket I raised below.
TLDR is that the bluehost plugin is clashing with Amelia making it not load. If you disable the bluehost plugin everything goes back to normal with amelia; they're working on a temporary workaround and also a permanent fix.

Thanks,
Chris
