In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I have a BuddyBoss site. I have a some WordPress Users with role "Amelia Employee", but I can't add them as Employees. When I try to add them it says "User already exists". and no users show up in the WordPress User drop-down.

    I also tried the function in the BuddyBoss integration settings "Create Employees from Users with Amelia Employee Role". That didn't work.

    How do I add Employees who already have WP User accounts, and use the same email so they can access the Employee panel with one login?

    I had assigned the role of "Amelia Employee" to some Users before adding them as employees in Amelia, so maybe there is bad data in the database.

    I've even changed the email address of Users, but it still says "Email already in Use".

    I'm stuck on this one!

    I also tried the User Role Editor but that didn't help either.

    Thank you for your purchase and sorry for the delay.

    If Amelia reports the email is already in use, then this email is either used by a customer or another employee. Please access Amelia/Customers and search for the email you're trying to assign to the employee. If you find a customer with that email address, this customer needs to be deleted in order to use the email for the employee.

    Also, you can't assign the same email address to multiple employees. If this doesn't help, please tell us which emails you're having issues with and then provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
