We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I am considering this plugin as a way for members to book a court at our tennis club, however, all plugins that I have looked at share the same limitation - you have to select a specific event or staff member before you are shown the available times.
I would like people to be able to see the available times for each of our three courts simultaneously to save them from having to search availability for one court, and then having to repeat the process should their first choice not be available.
People would also need to be able to select the length of their appointment (in specified increments with min and max options).
As an example, the simple booking system on this site https://riccalltennisclub.com/court-booking/ lets you see what is available for all courts when you select a date.
Is this achievable with your plugin?
Kind regards,
James
Hello James
Thank you for your interest in our plugin and sorry for the late response.
Amelia shares this limitation also, but there's a workaround. If you provide 3 services, and you have 1 employee assigned to each service, you could add three different shortcodes to the page:
[ameliastepbooking employee=1 service=1] so the time slots are automatically displayed, and the Service #1 and the Employee #1 are automatically selected.
Of course, the [ameliastepbooking] is only one possible shortcode, but you can also use the [ameliacatalog] shortcode or [ameliabooking] shortcode (soon to be obsolete). The only thing worth mentioning is that you can't combine [ameliastepbooking] with other shortcodes, as that can cause issues.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
