I have a page where people can register for a webinar through an Amelia event. The events list is visible when I am logged into the website. Today I found out by chance that the events list is not visible when I am nót logged in. So visitors can't register.
I recently upgraded to Amelia 5.0. Could that be the issue? I tried both Chrome and Safari. I used the beta appointment booking form, but have not setup anything new for events yet.
Amelia has no possibilities to hide anything for non-logged-in users, so this is coming from your website's configuration. Most likely it's a security measure that blocks admin-ajax calls for non-logged-in users.
Either that, or the cache for the page needs to be cleared. Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to lift any blocks that may be in place for non-logged-in users, and then purge the cache. After that, the issue should be resolved, but please let me know.

Hello Debbie
Amelia has no possibilities to hide anything for non-logged-in users, so this is coming from your website's configuration. Most likely it's a security measure that blocks admin-ajax calls for non-logged-in users.
Either that, or the cache for the page needs to be cleared. Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to lift any blocks that may be in place for non-logged-in users, and then purge the cache. After that, the issue should be resolved, but please let me know.

Ok, I solved it. Something was incorrect in the page builder. Sorry and thanks for your reply.
