    Hi,

    Until the last update, I was able to schedule appointments for past dates in the admin. This is VERY important for my business as some times my customers don't schedule their appointments and I need to add the appointments of previous dates as this triggers many processes in my business.

    I really need this solved ASAP!! please!

    I really need a solution for my problem. Has been 2 days without an answer.

    Please send me the version 4.6 to be able to solve it.

    Hi, Daniel and marta

    We have a bug flagged for this issue.

    The developers are working intensively to fix it, soon they will launch an update that should have the fix included.

    I can't say an exact ETA on it, but they are doing their best.

    You can follow this changeLog page - they will state there when the bug is fixed during the update - hopefully it should be in the next one.

    But if they fix it sooner, i will make sure to contact you on this ticket.

    I have sent the older version to Daniel, as a temporary measure - if it is crucial for you to be able to book any time as Admin, i can also send you another copy, but it has to be on a Private ticket

    - I found your ticket, marta.  You asked if an employee can be able to book in the past.

    Only Administrator can do it, and you have to enable "Admin to book any time", in the Role settings > Admin.

    But currently we have this issue. Please open a new ticket, if you wish for me to send you the older Amelia version where this was working for Admins.

    Hi Miloš

    How are things looking on this issue? I also need to be able to book appointments in the past. My page is under construction right now, so it's not as urgent as maybe for the other two, but I'd like to know whether it will be fixed in a matter of weeks or rather months.

    I am happy to say, the latest Amelia update 5.1  has fixed this issue.

    Please update to the latest version - and let me know if the issue is fixed for you - On my testing site, and on our Demo site - it is fixed, i am able to book in the past now as Admin.smile.png
